Traditional Wool Felt (100% wool) is ideal for padding goldwork, stumpwork and appliqué techniques.
Unlike felt with a synthetic component, this felt is strong but with a little stretch, and cuts beautifully into intricate shapes.
Choose a colour which is close to the metal thread you are using, e.g. yellow for gold. 20 cm (8 inch) square. Larger amounts available on request (email laurelinembroidery@outlook.com).
